Peter Georg Picht

Prof. Dr. Peter Georg Picht is a Professor of Law at the University of Zurich, leading the Chair of Economic Law, Competition Law, and Intellectual Property Law. His research focuses on the intersection of intellectual property, antitrust, and digital markets. He is affiliated with the Max Planck Institute for Innovation & Competition and actively contributes to the Center for Intellectual Property and Competition Law (CIPCO). His work addresses challenges in AI regulation, FRAND licensing, geoblocking, and competition law in the digital economy.
