Dr. Tony Petrucci is an Associate Professor in the Department of Management at Temple University's Fox School of Business and Management. He holds a PhD in Organizational Leadership from Regent University, an MBA from the University of Louisville, and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering Technology from the University of Dayton. His expertise spans leadership, team performance, conflict resolution, and workplace incivility.
He has authored two books on leadership and career development and has been featured in outlets like US News & World Report and HR Magazine. A dedicated educator, Petrucci teaches leadership, negotiations, and strategic HR courses across undergraduate, MBA, and MS programs. He directs the MS in Human Resources Program and has received multiple teaching awards, including the Temple Crystal Teaching Award and the Fox Blue Mouse Award for innovation in teaching.
Previously, Petrucci held senior HR leadership roles at ARAMARK and founded Career Movement, an executive search firm. His research examines modern workplace dynamics, including the role of real-time feedback systems in organizational performance.
