Crystal M. Harold

Dr. Crystal M. Harold is the Associate Dean for Masters Programs at the Fox School of Business and Management, Temple University. She holds dual roles as a Professor in the Management department and the Paul Anderson Senior Research Fellow. Her research focuses on workplace fairness, leadership, counterproductive behaviors, and temporal issues in organizations. Dr. Harold has been recognized for both her teaching excellence (Adrisani-Frank and Lindback Awards) and service contributions (Musser Award).

Her research appears in top journals such as Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Organizational Behavior. She has served as an editorial board member for multiple journals, including guest editor roles.
