Tom Ruscica

Tom Ruscica serves as Associate Professor of Music and Associate Dean of the School of Humanities & the Arts at Jessup University. He leads the University Choir & Orchestra, performing 30 annual concerts across California and the Pacific Northwest with a focus on excellence and audience engagement. As Music Department Chair, he emphasizes developing student leaders through musical and professional growth opportunities.
