Dr. Tom Abbott is a Senior Clinical Lecturer in Anaesthesia & Perioperative Medicine at Queen Mary University of London’s Faculty of Medicine and Dentistry, and a Consultant Anaesthetist at the Royal London Hospital (Barts Health NHS Trust). He graduated first in his class from Oxford University Medical School (2011), earning three prizes and a distinction. His academic journey includes a PhD in clinical epidemiology (2017, Queen Mary) and postgraduate anaesthesia training (2024, London School of Anaesthesia).
