Todd Wiggen

Dr. Todd Wiggen is an Associate Professor in the Business department at Southwestern Oklahoma State University. He holds a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Northcentral University, a Graduate Certificate in Professional Communication from Minnesota State University, and a Certificate in Homeland Security from Northcentral University, along with multiple master's and bachelor's degrees.

His research focuses on leadership dynamics, organizational behavior, and qualitative methodologies, with specializations in Social Identity Theory and management communication. Dr. Wiggen brings over 30 years of military experience and extensive industry background in mortgage lending and student services.

He has received notable awards including the 2023 Peter Northouse Teaching Award and 2019 Southern Management Association Best Paper. Dr. Wiggen is actively involved in professional societies including the Association of Leadership Educators and American Legion.
