Toby Ostrov

Toby Ostrov, PA-C is an Adjunct Professor at the University of New England. He joined the UNE faculty in 2017 and works at the Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency (MDFMR), focusing on family practice with a particular interest in addiction treatment for substance and alcohol use disorders.

His research interests include clinical applications in family medicine and addiction treatment. Toby previously worked as an EMT and emergency department technician in upstate New York. He holds professional credentials including PA-C certification and relevant board licenses.

Clinical Affiliations: Maine-Dartmouth Family Medicine Residency. In personal life, he enjoys exploring the coast of Maine with his wife and two-year-old chocolate lab, Tuukka.
