Timothy Redl

Dr. Timothy Redl is a Professor in the Department of Mathematics and Statistics at the University of Houston-Downtown, where he serves as Chair since Fall 2024. He earned his Ph.D. in Computational & Applied Mathematics from Rice University and holds a B.A. in Mathematics from Dartmouth College. As a Faculty Teaching Fellow in the College of Sciences and Technology (2021-2023), he has been instrumental in advancing mathematics education through innovative teaching practices.
