César Garza is an Assistant Professor of Mathematics at the University of Houston-Downtown (UHD) and a Faculty Teaching Fellow at UHD's Center for Teaching and Learning Excellence (CTLE). With a Ph.D. from the University of Texas at Austin and postdoctoral experience at Indiana University Purdue University Indianapolis (IUPUI), he joined UHD in 2017.
