Timothy Farnham is a Faculty Associate Professor in the Department of Environmental Studies at Mount Holyoke College. He is dedicated to interdisciplinary approaches in understanding environmental issues and developing practical solutions to real-world challenges.
His research centers on environmental values and the evolving human relationship with the natural world throughout history. With expertise in sustainability, environmentalism, and environmental education, Farnham integrates historical and ethical perspectives into environmental studies.
He previously served as Associate Professor and Director of the Undergraduate Program in Environmental Studies at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, bringing extensive academic leadership experience to his current role.
