Tim Seil

Tim Seil serves as Associate Vice President for Student Life and Director of Athletics at Hilbert College while concurrently holding an Adjunct Professor position at Canisius University. His career bridges athletic administration and academic instruction in sports-related fields.

• BS in Physical Education & Health from Canisius University
• MS in Sports Administration from Canisius University

Seil's professional focus centers on sports administration and athletic program development, leveraging his experience as a former NCAA Division I baseball student-athlete. His work emphasizes institutional growth through strategic athletic expansion and student-athlete success initiatives. At Hilbert, he has transformed the department by adding four new sports programs and achieving Empire 8 conference membership for football.

Under his leadership, Hilbert's athletic programs achieved record improvements across baseball, soccer, and volleyball during 2022-2023, while relaunching women's bowling and lacrosse. His prior roles at Canisius University included managing athletic facilities for 20 varsity programs, serving as Deputy Title IX Coordinator, and coordinating academic support services for student-athletes. Seil also maintains active involvement as a certified basketball official and previously served as MLB Game Day Compliance Monitor at Sahlen Field.
