Jen Parsons, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor in the Health & Sport Studies department at Wittenberg University. She teaches in both the undergraduate Sport Management program and the Master of Arts in Sport Administration program. Her research focuses on NCAA Division II/III athletics and collegiate recreation management.

Professional Background: Prior to her current role, Parsons served as an Assistant Volleyball and Basketball Coach at Wittenberg (1996–2003) and later as a faculty member and Assistant Volleyball Coach at Ashland University. She is a varsity athlete alumnus of Wittenberg and a member of its Athletics Hall of Honor.
Labs/Teams: Engaged in institutional athletics and recreation program development at Wittenberg. Active in sport management education and leadership initiatives.
