Tim Love is an Associate Professor of Architecture at Northeastern University, affiliated with the College of Social Sciences and Humanities and the College of Arts, Media and Design. He is also the founding principal of Utile, a Boston-based architecture and planning firm established in 2002. His work focuses on urban design, emphasizing the interplay between individual architectural projects and broader urban systems. Love’s research spans technical, cultural, regulatory, and environmental challenges in urban design, with an emphasis on public realm initiatives and industrial district regeneration.
