Tim Brock

Tim Brock is a Senior Research Scholar at the Institute for Transportation Research and Education (ITRE) at North Carolina State University. He serves as the Director of the NCDOT-sponsored Sustainable and Resilient Infrastructure Center of Excellence, leveraging his prior experience as a faculty member, private consultant, and NCDOT planning staff engineer to advance research on infrastructure resiliency and adaptation planning.
