Tig Slater

Dr. Tig Slater is an Associate Professor in Queer Disability Studies and Education at the Sheffield Institute of Education, affiliated with the Social and Economic Research Institute at Sheffield Hallam University. Their work sits at the intersection of disability studies, queer theory, transgender studies, and critical psychology, with a focus on social justice, public engagement, and institutional EDI policies.
