Steffi Davey

Steffi Davey is a Researcher in Interactive Design at the Culture and Creativity Research Institute at Sheffield Hallam University. She holds a BSc in Interactive Media with Animation from Sheffield Hallam University, where she also completed a placement year researching perception of actions in virtual environments alongside psychologists.

Her work focuses on technology-enhanced learning and serious games, with expertise in user interface design and human-computer interaction across both 2D and immersive 3D environments. As part of the CENTRIC research group, she contributes to the AUGGMED project, developing tools for law enforcement training and cyber prevention education.

Steffi's research spans virtual reality, cybersecurity education, and digital training technologies, as evidenced by her publications in journals and conferences like iLRN2024 and IEEE VR. Her work often intersects with law enforcement and migrant integration through intelligent technologies.
