Tiago Antunes

Tiago Antunes is a Visiting Professor at the College of Europe (Tirana Campus) and a Law Professor at the University of Lisbon, where he has been a faculty member since 2001 and a researcher at the Lisbon Public Law Research Centre (LPL). He co-chairs the War Economy Taskforce within the European Council on Foreign Relations (ECFR).

His academic work spans European Union Law, Environmental Law, Administrative Law, Constitutional Law, and policy areas like EU Enlargement Policy and Rule of Law. He focuses on EU institutional reforms for future expansion and enhancing the rule of law framework for both candidate and current EU member states.
