Dr. Thomas W Beggs is an Adjunct Lecturer in the Department of Kinesiology at San José State University and a Full-Time Instructor in Adapted Physical Education at De Anza Community College. He specializes in Older Adult fitness, Corrective exercise training, and outdoor education for disabled populations.
