Thomas P. Kenworthy

Thomas P. Kenworthy is Associate Professor of Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Odette School of Business, University of Windsor. With a Ph.D. from University of Calgary, he researches entrepreneurship theory, project management, and scientific methodology.

His work examines theory development in management disciplines, information behaviors in project management communities, and innovation in technical projects. Recent publications analyze virtual community knowledge sharing and international business education trends.

Kenworthy authored 'Creativity and Entrepreneurial Performance' and received the 2016 ASAC Best Paper Award for accounting theory analysis. His research has been published in Entrepreneurship: Theory & Practice and Journal of International Business Studies.
