Thomas Cox, Ed.D., is an Associate Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Higher Education at the University of Central Florida (UCF), College of Community Innovation and Education. He has held leadership roles including Program Director of Adult and Higher Education at the University of Houston - Victoria (2009-2012), and previously served as a lecturer at the University of Memphis (2006-2009).
