Thomas Borchmann

Thomas Borchmann is an Associate Professor at Aalborg University's Department of Communication and Psychology, within The Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. His research focuses on occupational health psychology, organizational misbehavior, workplace stress, and organizational socialization. He co-directs the Master's program in Work and Organizational Psychology with Bendt Torpegaard Pedersen.

Key research areas include employee resistance to organizational control mechanisms, the psychosocial work environment, and the interplay between communication practices and workplace dynamics. He has conducted extensive studies on secondary school teachers' stress management strategies and the ethical dimensions of leadership.
