Thomas Benesch

Thomas Benesch is a Professor at the Film Academy of the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna, where he has taught 'Camera & Image Technology' since 2012. His professional foundation includes training at the College of Photography at 'Graphische' (GLV), followed by specialized studies at the same university. He concurrently operates a photography studio focused on advertising projects and maintains an active career as an internationally recognized cameraman.

His research and creative practice center on cinematography techniques, film technology innovation, and visual storytelling methodologies, with emphasis on practical applications in advertising and narrative film production across diverse cultural contexts.

Benesch's industry accolades include:
