Professor Trajković's research centers on cinematographic innovation, particularly in 3D film technology and documentary storytelling. His technical expertise earned the Special Golden Arena for Technological Innovation at Pula Film Festival (2012) for Slučajni prolaznik, Serbia's pioneering 3D production. Current creative work explores multi-camera television drama (Tate, 2019-2020) and historical photography techniques (Wet Plate Collodion calendar, 2017), demonstrating continuous evolution in visual narrative methods.
