Terry Ratcliff

Dr. Terry Ratcliff serves as the Executive Dean for Antioch University Online and is based at Antioch University Seattle. With over 30 years of experience in higher education, he has held roles such as director of online learning, chief academic officer, and assistant dean of students, focusing on expanding online education and improving student retention. He is actively involved in the University Leadership Council, Academic Council, and Council of Chief Academic Officers.

Dr. Ratcliff specializes in online learning environments, instructional design, and faculty development. He has collaborated with institutions like Whitworth University, University of Idaho, and Pacific Oaks College to pioneer online course development and strategic planning.

His professional contributions extend to accreditation efforts as a site visitor for the Western Association of Schools and Colleges and leadership roles in the Association for Continuing Higher Education, including a term as Director at Large in 2016.
