Terry Kincer

Terry Kincer is a Lecturer at the Department of Communication within the College of Liberal Arts & Sciences at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Concurrently, he is a second-year PhD student in the same department, focusing on the rhetorical practices of border(ed) communities.
