Terry Broderick

Terry Broderick is a Lecturer in Business Administration at the McColl School of Business, Queens University of Charlotte. He previously served as the retired dean of the same school and was a member of the Queens Board of Trustees (2001–2005). He also held roles such as executive coach and participant in the Executive-in-Residence program.

• Corporate Career: Retired President and CEO (2002) of Royal & SunAlliance USA, with a 30-year tenure in leadership roles including chief corporate officer.
• Education: Graduate of LaSalle University.

Mr. Broderick is a frequent speaker on values-based leadership and achieved AACSB accreditation standards for faculty in 2009. He has served on boards of organizations like the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters and the Council of Insurance Company Executives, and remains active in Charlotte’s civic, arts, and educational sectors.
