Terrence Feng is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting at RMIT University's School of Accounting, Information Systems and Supply Chain. He holds a PhD from the University of Technology Sydney and is a member of CA ANZ and CPA Australia. Previously, he served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Waikato, New Zealand.
Research Focus: His work examines the interplay between auditor choice, financial accounting practices, capital market dynamics, earnings quality, and corporate governance. Key areas include statutory/voluntary accounting information quality, auditor attributes' impact on share prices, and applications in executive compensation design.
Publications: Works accepted in prestigious journals such as The Accounting Review, Finance Research Letters, Accounting and Finance, and Meditari Accountancy Research.
Awards & Grants: Received external research funding through AFAANZ grants. Open to collaborative industry projects.
