Teng-Hui Huang

Dr. Teng-Hui Huang is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the School of Electrical and Information Engineering, University of Sydney. His academic journey includes a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Purdue University (2022), and prior degrees from National Taiwan University (B.S. 2015, M.S. 2017).

• Research Interests: Information Theory, Optimization, Wireless Communications, and Machine Learning.
• Current Projects: Information-Theoretic Multi-Modal Machine Learning, Machine Learning for Next-Generation Wireless Communications, Non-convex Optimization Algorithms for Information Theoretic Privacy.

Publications highlight his work on information bottleneck methods, optimization algorithms, and wireless communication systems. He advises research student Abd Al-rahman ODEH on unsupervised multimodal learning.
