Tang Junwang

Prof. Junwang Tang is a Professor of Materials Chemistry and Engineering at University College London (UCL), Chemical Engineering Department. He has held roles such as Director of the University Materials Hub (2016–2019) and serves as Visiting Professor at institutions like the University of Science and Technology of China. His research focuses on catalysis and energy-related materials, including heterogeneous catalysis, solar fuel synthesis, and microwave catalysis.

• Educated at Northeastern University (BSc Chemistry, 1995), Institute of Metal Research (MSc Inorganic Materials, 1998), and Dalian Institute of Chemical Physics (PhD Heterogeneous Catalysis, 2001).
