Tan Sor Hoon

Tan Sor Hoon is Professor of Philosophy at the School of Social Sciences, Singapore Management University. Holds a PhD from University of Hawaii (2000), MA from National University of Singapore (1991), and BA from Oxford University (1988). Research bridges Eastern and Western philosophical traditions with focus on political theory and cultural hermeneutics.
