Tai Ibitoye

Tai Ibitoye is a Senior Lecturer at the School of Life and Medical Sciences, University of Hertfordshire. She leads the online Masters of Public Health (MPH) module on Public Health Foundations and contributes to other MPH modules, including Communicable and Non-Communicable Conditions and Applied Research Project Incorporating Evidence-Based Practice. She also supervises MPH research projects.

• Education: PhD in Food and Nutritional Sciences, MSc in Human Nutrition, PGDip in Dietetics and Nutrition, and BSc (Hons) in Forensic Science

Her research focuses on healthy ageing, public health nutrition, and health inequalities, with an emphasis on nutritional interventions for older populations. She is involved in projects like FOOD4YEARS, which explores nutritional information sources for older adults.

Her work bridges clinical nutrition, dietetics, and evidence-based public health strategies.
