Susanne Mitchell

Susanne Mitchell is a Professor of Foundation Studies at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, GA, since 2022. Previously, she taught fine arts at Waldorf School of San Diego and Shining Mountain Waldorf School, and served as affiliate faculty at Metropolitan State University of Denver.

She holds an M.F.A. in Fine Art from University of Colorado Boulder and a B.F.A. in Painting and Drawing from California College of the Arts.

Her research explores interdisciplinary connections in fine arts, drawing techniques, integrated media, and curatorial practices.
