Susan Sayce is an Associate Professor and researcher in Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at Norwich Business School, University of East Anglia. She serves as Director of the Employment, Systems and Institutions group, and is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy. Her work focuses on diversity, pension trusteeship, labor systems, and feminist academia. She contributes to editorial boards including Interdisciplinary Perspectives on Equality and Diversity.
