Susan Milner is a Professor in the Department of Politics, Languages & International Studies at the University of Bath. Her research focuses on policy impacts on work organizations, households, and individuals, with a particular emphasis on gender equality and work-family policies. She has held a Leverhulme Major Research Fellowship (2020-23), resulting in the monograph Women and Employment in Public Policy (OUP, 2024). Her work analyzes policy implementation, including fathers' uptake of parental leave and flexible working practices.
