Sunitha Narendran

Sunitha Narendran is a Professor in the Faculty of Business and Law, formerly serving as Dean. She holds advanced degrees including a PhD in Occupational Psychology, MSc in Management Research, MA in Personnel Management, and BSc (Hons) in Psychology. Her research focuses on decision-making, workplace spirituality, risk management, and organizational behavior. A key project investigates the impact of the 2021 pandemic lockdown on commuter students' learning experiences.
