Sukeena Stephens

Sukeena Stephens, Ph.D., is a Public Administration Faculty member at Wake Forest University's School of Professional Studies. With over 26 years of federal law enforcement experience, she currently serves as Liaison to the Ombudsman in the Federal Air Marshal Service (FAMS). Her expertise spans homeland security policy coordination, emergency logistics management, and diversity initiatives.

Her professional achievements include a 50% increase in diversity conference attendance and successful logistics management during Hurricanes Harvey/Irma/Maria and the nationwide COVID-19 airport response.

In community engagement, she volunteers with the Fredericksburg Area Food Bank, leads macaroni and cheese drives, and actively participates in Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc., and Jack and Jill of America, Inc., where she helped charter local chapters.
