Sue Mulhall is a Lecturer at the School of Management, People and Organisations in Technological University Dublin. With a PhD, MEd, BBS, and Dip PM qualifications, she specializes in Human Resource Management (HRM), focusing on career development, learning and development, and talent management. Her practice-led teaching spans undergraduate and postgraduate modules, including Strategic HRM and International Organisational Behaviour.
Mulhall's research explores career success and employee knowledge sharing, evidenced by four journal articles and three book chapters. She has presented 12 conference papers globally and chaired the Measurement and Evaluation track at the Academy of Human Resource Development conference. Her work has been recognized with the Emerald/EFMD Outstanding Award in HRM.
As a supervisor, she guided 38 Masters’ and 18 undergraduate dissertations to completion, with students earning Gold Medals for top dissertations. She also served as internal examiner for a PhD in Global Talent Management. Mulhall's professional experience includes executive education, HR consulting, and coaching, alongside active participation in university-level committees like the Strategic Plan 2023 Team and Examination Appeals Panel.
