Subhasheenee Ganesan is a Clinical Research Fellow in Gynaecological Oncology at Queen Mary University of London, affiliated with the Wolfson Institute of Population Health and the Women’s Precision Prevention Team. She joined in August 2023 under the supervision of Professor Ranjit Manchanda. Her work focuses on precision prevention strategies for women’s cancers, particularly examining genetic testing and preventive measures for high-risk populations.

Research Interests: Her research includes evaluating the risk of serous endometrial cancer in BRCA carriers, the role of preventive hysterectomy, and the acceptability of surgical/medical prevention for breast cancer risk. She is contributing to the PROTECT-C study, a population-based genetic testing initiative for women over 18, aiming to identify increased risks of breast, ovarian, bowel, and womb cancers.
