Stuart S. Rosenthal is Professor and inaugural Chair of the Paul Rubacha Department of Real Estate at Cornell University, a unique interdisciplinary department jointly led by the SC Johnson College of Business (SCJCB) and the College of Architecture, Art, and Planning (AAP). He previously served as Maxwell Advisory Board Professor of Economics at Syracuse University and chaired its Department of Economics from 2017 to 2021. His academic leadership extends to editorial and professional roles in major urban and real estate economics associations.
His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison and a B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College.
Stuart S.
