Steven Smith

Dr. Steven Smith is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Advanced Studies, Leadership and Policy at Morgan State University. He holds a Doctor of Education from the University of North Carolina Charlotte (2023), with prior degrees from University of Tennessee Knoxville (2007), DePaul University (2004), and Eastern Illinois University (2001). His expertise focuses on community college leadership, higher education administration, and qualitative research methodologies.
