Steven Roberson

Steven Roberson is Professor of Foundation Studies at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) in Savannah, Georgia. He holds both MFA in Illustration and BFA in Sequential Art from SCAD. His professional background includes freelance commercial art practice since 2009, creating imagery for books, animations, films, and comics.

Roberson previously served as part-time professor of design systems and branding at Georgia Southern University (2023) and as career adviser at SCAD (2019-2021). His teaching focuses on foundational art principles while maintaining active creative practice and industry engagement.
