Steven Murphy

Steven Murphy is a Senior Lecturer and Sr. Extension Associate in the Department of Food Science at Cornell University's College of Agriculture and Life Sciences (CALS). He leads the Milk Quality Improvement Program (MQIP), focusing on dairy product quality, safety, microbiology, and laboratory procedures. His expertise includes food safety standards, HACCP protocols, and sensory evaluation of dairy products. He has taught as a guest lecturer in veterinary medicine courses (Vet Med 704, 6604, and FS 3510).
