Steven Conway

Steven Conway is a Researcher and External Affiliate at Swinburne University of Technology, Melbourne, Australia, serving as Research Director for Film & Animation. He holds a doctorate from the University of Bedfordshire (2010), supported by an AHRC National Award Scholarship. His research focuses on the philosophy and aesthetics of play, games, and sport, with additional interests in digital storytelling and meme culture. Currently, he teaches courses such as PAH 160D1 – Play: An Interactive Introduction and PAH 160D3 – Memes: The Art and Craft of Microstorytelling.
