Steven Byers

Dr. Steven Byers is an Associate Professor at Northeastern State University, primarily based on the Broken Arrow Campus. He is an enrolled member of the Cherokee Nation of Oklahoma. His research focuses on multicultural mental health, education and empowerment strategies, and cultural resiliency within communities.
