Steve Werner is a Professor and Chair of the Department of Management & Leadership at the C. T. Bauer College of Business, University of Houston. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from the University of Florida and has taught courses across compensation administration, international HRM, and organizational behavior at all academic levels.
