Steve Kulb

Steve Kulb is an Associate Professor in the Department of Clinical Psychology at The Chicago School's College of Professional Psychology, Chicago, IL. With over 40 years of experience, his expertise spans child and adolescent psychology, forensic evaluations, and psychodynamic therapy.

• Education: B.M.E. in Music Education from Indiana University; Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology.

Dr. Kulb's research focuses on psychoanalysis, therapeutic transactions, and psychological assessments for child custody and parent capacity. He has extensive clinical experience in residential and outpatient mental health settings.

His career includes roles at the Allendale Association (14 years), University of Chicago Hospitals, and Rock Creek Center, alongside maintaining an independent practice for over 30 years.

Professional memberships include the American Psychological Association (APA) and APA Division 39 (Psychoanalysis). He co-authored The Multiple Facets of Therapeutic Transactions (1997) with Chaya H. Roth.
