Stephen Shivone

Stephen F. Shivone serves as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and Tutor at Thomas Aquinas College, teaching literature within the Great Books curriculum. His scholarship focuses on metaphysical poetry and Renaissance humanism.

With expertise spanning Chaucer to Eliot, he examines connections between literary form and philosophical content. Previously taught at Belmont Abbey College as English professor and academic dean.
