Stephen Kennedy is an Assistant Professor of Sacred Music at the Eastman School of Music (University of Rochester) and Director of Music/Organist at Christ Church Rochester. He founded the Christ Church Schola Cantorum in 1997, specializing in Plainsong, Renaissance/romantic motets, contemporary music, and improvisation. The ensemble has been featured in international festivals, radio broadcasts, and collaborations with groups like Boston Early Music Festival Chamber Ensemble.
