Stephen Kajewski

Professor Stephen Kajewski directs the QUT Project Management Academy with extensive industry experience in civil engineering and construction management. His research examines project governance frameworks, infrastructure sustainability, and innovation in construction procurement.

Kajewski's work with Shell has developed corporate education programs delivered globally to over 5,000 engineers. His recent publications analyze trust dynamics in expert committees addressing sea-level rise and ethical frameworks for public infrastructure procurement.

Current research initiatives focus on integrating sustainability metrics into infrastructure investment decisions. He leads industry collaborations examining innovation assessment methodologies for road sector tenders and financial risk management in international construction projects.
