Stephen Joseph Flanagan

Stephen Joseph Flanagan is an Adjunct Professor at Georgetown University's Center for Security Studies (CSS) and an Adjunct Senior Fellow at the RAND Corporation. His research focuses on U.S. alliance dynamics, European/Eurasian security, global defense strategy, and space security. He holds a PhD in International Relations from the Fletcher School, Tufts University, and an honorary doctorate from Monmouth University.
